Erm no, that was a possible future that didn't happen because the events from the final episode changed all that.Also, the movie was made AFTER that episode, they had no idea the ship was going to be destroyed while making all good things.

i still don't like the idea. but if i were the captain of the enterprise and i had to travel with a politition and his or her family i would make sure that their quarters are close to the escape pods incase of a something goes wrong or the ship is fatally damaged in a sudden attack so atleast there is a chance to get the politician and his or her family off the ship. that said i still don't like having families on my star ship.

@supressorgrid i did. and still war or no war i do not like the idea of having the family a star ship in case something goes horrably wrong on a mission. they would always be safer on earth or a colony than a starship. because if the ship were to fall the family would have a better chance of survival at home.

luckily, in the season finale, All Good Things, the Enterprise was rebuilt into Transwarping Enterprise D.

@UncleBernie2 as much i would want them with me, they would be better off at a star base in a different sector or on earth there they would have a better chance of survival. because if my ship would fall in the battle atleast they would have a chance to survive.
