Agreed, the Federation Flagship shouldn't have been destroyed my a 20yr Bird of Prey. Rotate the shield freq. blast the Duras sisters, end of battle. Seious plot holes in Generations. Enterprise-D looked her best in the movie though, should have never been destroyed.

The Enterprise- D is startintg to become Legendary. Only in the cleaned up DVds of the Fan Complilation can we really see her size and mass. She took Trek further and used a previous Starship Design as a Springboard to what else can be done with it.Hooray for the NCC-1701-D and to it's eventual remastering.

Enterprise D should be remastered. The ship needs to have the saucer shrunk a bit to bring it into better proportion with the rest of the ship.The engine hull needs to be lenghthed and thickened. the warp engines need to be raised and made longer. the Blue warp grilles need to be covered up in the rear for Tactical reasons.Dual Torpedo Launchers need replace the Torpedo launchers already on the ship.Aux. Torp Launchers need to be placed on the ship's saucer and under the Battle/Engine Hull.
