you admit that it is a "character" but it seems that you do not see it is all fake

does "Garak's actor" represent the fake guy or is "Garak" the real guy that plays the part of an actor in fake life

Poor guy. I wonder if a German person ever said something similar in May 1945.

Towards the end of his life, Nicola Tesla was a shameless self publicist who made all sorts of outlandish claims about free energy, earthquake machines, death rays etc, none of which have held up since. And even if it were possible to somehow go "faster than light" there are all sorts of absurd consequences this would have for time and causality. You would arrive at your destination before you left, for example.

I believe nicola tesla theorised he could get energy to go 50X the speed of light, or something similar. He could have just said that to piss of einstien, but if anyone could do it, tesla could. Everythings a fact until proven otherwise. So the absolute speed of light is a fact until proven otherwise. We will probably never live to see who is right as technology at that level to prove or disprove is probably a LONG way off. I also believe that warp drive does not break the speed of lite

They already have met in the new timeline, it would seem: Uhura in the bar, early in the 2009 movie, orders Cardassian Sunrises.
